I’ve been attending Smart Fitness boot camp and boxing classes for a while now and have absolutely loved it. The sessions are always fun, but challenging. You can see that Tracey the trainer puts a lot of thought into her sessions and ensures each one is different. I was initially reluctant to attend a session as I hadn’t exercised in years but everyone was super welcoming and non-judgmental, I now only wish I had joined sooner. Tracey really knows how to push you further than you ever thought you could go. I’m now fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Tracey’s class for anyone looking for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level whist having fun!
