When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.45pm
Equipment: Gloves and mitts provided.
No experience necessary, beginners to advanced welcome. We will improve your boxing technique, cardio fitness and teach you a few karate moves. Each session is different, focus mitts, kick bags,weights, skipping ropes and the last 5 minutes focus on core ab work.
